Terms & Conditions
- 01. This plan is named as "Sona Mahal The Jewellery Mall" Gold-Diamond-Silver Swarna Samridhi Yojna (Purchase Advance Plan).
- 02. To join, submit an application form along with the first installment. Any address change must be updated in showroom records.
- 03. Valid ID Proof is mandatory for enrollment and closing of the plan.
- 04. For minors, the plan must be operated by a legal guardian. Nominees can be specified.
- 07. Non-Transferable: The plan cannot be transferred to other showrooms or converted to other plans.
- 08. Payment: Pay 11 equal fixed monthly installments by Cash/Cheque/Online before the due date. Purchase eligibility starts after maturity (20 days from last installment).
- 09. Fixed Amount: Installment amount cannot be changed mid-plan. Minimum amount is ₹500 (in multiples of ₹500).
- 11. GST Inclusive: Installments paid are considered inclusive of GST. Net amount is credited as advance.
- 12. No Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
- 13. Maturity Benefit: Purchase ornaments paying making charges up to 15%. If making charges are higher than 15%, customer pays the difference.
- 15. Pre-Closure: If closed early (minimum 7 months/installments paid), eligible for ₹500 discount on diamond ornaments only. Bonus is forfeited.
- 18. Gold Rate: Making charges calculated based on the gold rate on the date of purchase. Stone charges are extra.
"Sona Mahal The Jewellery Mall" reserves the right to discontinue the plan. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Daltonganj, Palamau (Jharkhand) and Ambikapur (C.G.).
